### **What We Do**

### Student Impact

#### We improve literacy and numeracy through **adaptive, tablet-based learning**. Students engage in daily, 30-45 minute self-paced sessions on **solar-powered tablets**. Software from [onebillion](http://www.onebillion.org/) diagnoses student levels and delivers targeted reading and math instruction, supplementing teacher-led learning. **Built for low-resource environments**, both the hardware and software are designed specifically for the children we serve.

### School Impact

#### We **strengthen schools through infrastructure upgrades, teacher training, and community engagement**. Solar installations, secure storage, and building improvements ensure reliable, safe learning environments, while teacher training and community sensitization **build local ownership**. These investments make schools not only effective today, but ready to adopt future innovations.

### System Impact

#### From day one, **we partner with governments to scale sustainable, nationwide programs.** Our model aligns with national curricula, integrates into the school timetable, and uses existing government staff from the outset. After successful pilots, governments adopt, fund, and lead long-term expansion — ensuring **lasting impact at scale**.
